[Cuis-dev] Change Sorter window

[Mark Volkmann]

I tried again, adding a "shout" method to the String class. The attached
screenshot shows a System Browser and Change Sorter.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't see the shout method in the
Change Sorter.
