[Cuis-dev] future of UI-Tools package

I think I saw a couple of months ago that Cuis 7 plans to remove the
UI-Tools package which installs around 20 other packages including
UI-Shapes. I think the reason given was that we can just install the
desired individual packages. Is that correct?
