[Cuis-dev] restoring lost changes

To test this I:

- executed the Preferences setting you recommended
- saved the image so that setting would be remembered in the image
- added a class comment to one of my classes
- pressed cmd-s to save the change
- did not save the image
- force quit the Squeak process
- restarted the image

I did not see the dialog for restoring changes and the class comment I had
added was not present.
Did I miss a step?
