[Cuis-dev] VM app name

I'm running Cuis Smalltalk on a Mac. When I double click an image, it
starts CuisVM.app. But the Mac menu bar says "Squeak".

Is that because Cuis uses the same VM app as Squeak?

Are all the differences between Cuis and Squeak only in the provided image?

Maybe CuisVM.app could be modified so it reports its name as "Cuis" instead
of "Squeak'".
