[Cuis-dev] typing up arrow for return

Enter the World Menu -> Preferences -> Show ST-80 assignments.
Alternatively evaluate *Preferences openPreferencesInspector* and change
that preference interactively. Programmatically, evaluate *Preferences
name: #showAssignmentAsLeftArrow category: #programming value: true*. You
don't have to type other keys, you will still type := and ^ and Cuis will
display the appropriate glyph.
