[Cuis-dev] Cuis 7.0 Stable update

Hi Folks,

Today I updated the Stable Release 7.0 at 
https://www.github.com/Cuis-Smalltalk/Cuis7-0 to the current state of 
the Rolling Release. I also updated the included packages.

If no major issues are found, this will be the official release.

The only thing that is missing is some information about external 
packages, like the tag to use, and perhaps a list of the repos that have 
been reviewed and tagged, etc.

Please review, etc.

BTW, the rolling release also got a couple of updates ,and updated images.
