[Cuis-dev] Cuis Booklets

Hi,

I created two booklets "Morph Craftmanship" and "Web with Cuis". I added 
Juan, Ken and Mark as collaborators. At some point, Juan may want to 
move the repo under Cuis-Smalltalk organisation umbrella, now at 
https://github.com/hilaire/Cuis-Booklets

In each booklet there are a set of macro (misc/setings.texinfo) toc, 
annexes with index which is a must to have in any useful book. Booklet 
can be compiled in pdf and html with the makeBook.sh command.

There is some documentation in
