You will need to git pull Cuis-Smalltalk-UI and reload the UI code.  The 
older version of UI-Layout-Panel lacked requirement of UI-Shapes.

PS: Hilaire, this is a fix for 7.0 and 7.1/current.  Any problem with my 
removing and re-tagging Cuis-Smalltalk-UI for Cuis 7.0?
