[Cuis-dev] Added close other windows from World

Hi everyone!
 Working with my friend Iñaki Pujato we found the need of this feature we
usually use in IDEs when there are a lot of open files, this is a similar
idea, closing all other windows except the one you are using. The option is
on the menu that appears when you click on the blue button on a
SystemWindow.
