[Cuis-dev] Inprovement on change selector refactorings

Hi,
 attached is a .cs that fixes some problems when renaming, adding or
deleting a parameter to a selector from the debugger, message set or other
tools but the browser.
 Now if you rename a selector from the debugger for example, if the renamed
selector is the current one, it goes to the previous stack frame and
restarts the execution, if it is not the current one it just restarts the
execution.
