Non-base packages you have loaded are more likely to be ones you are 
working on.

Loading "over" these might be right or might be wrong.

If someone else has changed a package, which you picked up with a 
`pullAllRepos` and you have changes as well, you can use the FileList 
and get a Code view to merge the changes, perhaps file out diffs, .. 
whatever.

Sometimes "automagic" is the wrong thing to do.  Perhaps a PopUp to give 
options in this case would be a good thing to donate. ;^)
