[Cuis-dev] quick introduction to Smalltalk and Cuis

Hi Mark

I like in particular how you put Cuis in context as far as other Smalltalk
implementations are concerned and also how it is still a good thing to
learn a language such as Cuis Smalltalk as compared to other languages.
