[Cuis-dev] Some fixes

Some fixes and small improvements for your consideration:
- update the SUnit UI and properly show progress while the tests are
running;
- fix Character>>asText for working properly with unicode;
- remove unnecessary argument-count check in (Unicode)Symbol>>value: and
add the rest of the "evaluation protocol" to symbols
