[Cuis-dev] Cuis File List modification: Text Editor with contents

Hello, how are you? My name is Juan Cruz Montero, and I am a student at the
University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in Argentina.

While researching the File List tool implemented in Cuis, I noticed that
there was no option to open a .txt file and view its contents in a text
editor. To address this, I decided to implement such a feature.

I based my implementation on the existing option to view contents in a
Workspace and modified it so that when "View Contents in a Text Editor" is
selected, it opens a new Text Editor with the current contents of the
.txt file.
Additionally, I added functionality to save the file without needing to
overwrite it, providing a more seamless user experience.
