Bernhard,

I am unsure of usage, but made TableMorph a PluggableScrollPane to 
simplify a bit.

Examples looked OK.

Check #initialize, #adjustExtent (FYI: I don't understand intent here), 
and #layoutMorph.

I am not a big user of PluggableScrollPane, so I probably screwed 
something up, so please let me know.

Try resize halo handle.
