[Cuis-dev] relevant parts of blue book

Chapter 18 "The Graphics Kernel" discusses the classes BitBlt, Form, Pen,
and DisplayObject. I see that the first two are present in Cuis, but not
the last two. Are they considered to be legacy ways of working with
graphics, replaced by newer classes in Cuis? Or should I take the time to
learn about them?
