[Cuis-dev] Correction on UI-Layout-Panel documentation

Hi I was taking a look at the LayoutTour.md from UI-Layout-Documentation
and found that some update was needed as BoxMorph no longer works.
ColoredBoxMorph should be used.
Also to change the separation between submorphs I changed to Gap Between
Morphs.
Attached is the .md with the changes updated.
The images (png) still have to be updated.
Let me know if you I can contribute to those too.
