[Cuis-dev] How do I read a file dragged and dropped on to the desktop?

May be it can help. I used to handle drag and drop of picture from the 
host filler in DrGeo on Pharo. I don't remember the details of the 
implementation, but you can take a look at the DrGeo 19.06 version at
