[Cuis-dev] New superclass for AddParameter and RemoveParameter refactoring

Hi,
 attached is a .cd that adds a new superclass for the refactoring
AddParameter and RemoveParameter. This removes duplicated code that is used
from another refactoring (AddParameterObject) that is not in the base image.
