[Cuis-dev] Art of Morph booklet

I forgot to mention: I ended the writing of the booklet for now, mainly 
for lack of new ideas and motivations regarding the contents. If you 
have questions regarding Morph that could fit in the Vol. I "Design GUI 
with Morph" or in the Vol. II "The Art of Morph", do not hesitate to 
drop me a line. I will see what could be done.

By the way, there was a big inflation in the Layout framework very 
recently. It would be very useful to get it properly documented. Writing 
documentation is a never ending task but documentation is also one 
aspect that differentiate mature project from the others.
