[Cuis-dev] Learner starting guide

Hi,

I was thinking it will be very useful for newbies to Cuis to have such a 
guide. A kind of a suggestion plan, like a teaching lesson plan, what to 
read and in which order among our resources. Referring to some external 
reading as free Smalltalk books.

What is your experience when introducing Cuis to newbies?
