[Cuis-dev] Fix to ExtractMethod refactoring

Hi,
 currently fails if you want to extract a block that is equivalent to a
method. For example:
m1
   10 factorial
m2
   [10 factorial]

If you select [10 factorial] and try to extract it, it fails.
Attached is the fix and a test for it.
