[Cuis-dev] Faster pixel access

I got this idea from a post of Lauren Pullen to the Squeak list on Nov 7.
With this optimization for 32-bit forms, from some small benchmarks I made,
pixelValueAt: is about 3x faster, and pixelValueAt:put is about 30x faster!

So far my image is working fine with this change, but please double check
my code.
