[Cuis-dev] Issue tracking?

Hi cuisers! While doing some work with ffi, I got a stack trace that might
be a problem in some cuis logic and thought about reporting it. There
aren't many issues in the GitHub issue tracker so the question is, is that
the way to go anyway?
