[Cuis-dev] Command-Click no longer brings up a Morph Halo

Command-Click works ok on my Mac (in addition to middle mouse button).

On My Linux environment, Alt/Cmd+Left and Alt/Cmd+right work too. But 
neither using Ctrl. Is it possible that Ctrl and Alt are swapped in your 
system?
