There are some invalid accesses to Form that used to be allowed 
(although they did nothing). The debugger is your friend. You need to 
iterate only to 255 and not 256 in the following methods: #makeGBForm, 
#makeRBForm, #makeRGForm, #makeHueOverlay, #makeSaturationForm, 
#makeSaturationOverlay, #hackHSVform, #makeBrightnessForm.

All those are your own code, so that will be the minute you fix them as 
I say above.

BTW, the recent stuff that Luciano and I have been working on wrt color 
spaces is super relevant to this, and you'd really like it. Please take 
a look.
