[Cuis-dev] Doubt about timestamps

Hi cuisers,

I did a change to Json package and when saving it to disk I noticed that
all preexisting timestamps are changed in the .pkg.st file, as this:

-!Json methodsFor: 'private' stamp: 'KenD 11/23/2022 15:12:18'!
+!Json methodsFor: 'private' stamp: 'KenD 23/Nov/2022 15:12:18'!

Is this expected? In case yes, since it creates a git diff bloated with
timestamps which obscures the original change being done, it may be best to
apply the change to all .pkg.st packages in a single git commit named
"upgrade timestamps", what do you think?

btw. I could track the format change to not-present in 7742, but present in
7743 (but didn't detect any change that seems related).

Cheers,
Pocho
