[Cuis-dev] Script to install Cuis Smalltalk from the command line

Hi,

I took advantage of the Christmas holidays to finalize an additional tool
for Cuis Smalltalk. It is a shell script that allows you to install a new
instance of Cuis Smalltalk on your computer in just a few seconds.

You just need to specify the project name (which will be the name of the
directory containing Cuis) and the version used (or 'latest' for the
current development version) as arguments.
