[Cuis-dev] [Improvement] Speedup Linux CI jobs

Hi folks!

I noticed that we were installing pulseaudio to run Linux CI jobs, but it
looks like it is not needed (disabling sound keeps tests green).

This PR <https://github.com/Cuis-Smalltalk/Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/pull/304>
does that, and reduces Linux job times by about ~50%.
Besides the faster feedback loop, this is nice for repos using the GitHub
free plan where the CI minutes are limited.
