But the included refactorings only apply to a method. Class refactorings 
are already available in the class menu (right click on the class list). 
Besides, this change sets adds the Refactorings submenu to workspaces, 
where it doesn't seem to make sense.

Can you provide more detail in the bug you are seeing?
