[Cuis-dev] Small new func. in CodeFileBrowser

Hi!
 I added a button to CodeFileBrowserWindow to remove the methods that are
equal to the ones implemented in the image (I'm using equality of source
code for that, not timestamp).
 I also fixed a small bug that happened when opening a CodeFileBrowser with
a source file without system categories (for example, with a package file
without code).
The new button's label is "remove up to date"... I think it is good enough
(it could be "remove same methods" also...), but I'm open to suggestions :-)
