[Cuis-dev] System Browser annotations pane

It seems that the pane outlined in red in the attached screenshot in System
Browsers should not be editable. I see that the code disables saving any
changes that are made, but I think it would be even better to disable
making any changes. The attached change set achieves this by adding a
single line of code to the instance method buildMorphicAnnotationsPane in
the CodeWindow class.
