[Cuis-dev] System Browser annotations pane

A great deal of the information displayed could be moved to
a yet to be implemented balloon help in the various list boxes.

Stuff like '55 implementors ° 21 direct senders ° in package 
SillyPhysics ° only in change set UnsavedChangesTo-SillyPhysics'
could also be buttons to show those implementors, senders or the Package 
and the Changeset.

The pane also shows the browsers mode, which should be mentioned explicitly.


Just my thoughts about this.,
