[Cuis-dev] Method Finder tool improved

My "Method Finder" tool implemented in the package at
https://github.com/mvolkmann/Cuis-Smalltalk-FindByExample has been
improved. It now skips trying more potentially dangerous methods. These
include all methods in the classes Behavior, ChangeSet, and
ClassDescription, and all methods defined in the MethodFinder class method
initialize.
