[Cuis-dev] Missing #quickSend:to:with:lookupIn:?

Debugger class >> #informExistingDebugger:label: fails because Cuis hasn't
got a ContextPart >> #quickSend:to:with:lookupIn:.

One way to replicate this bug is to open Cuis twice: You should get an
error saying “key: #quickSend:to:with:lookupIn: not found” instead of the
expected warning.

I've tried copying #quickSend:to:with:lookupIn: verbatim from Squeak and
this seems to fix the problem but I haven't tested things further. Please
try the fix by applying the attached changeset.
