[Cuis-dev] Run To Cursor performance improvement

Hi,
 attached is a .cs that improves the performance of the debugger's button
"Run to Cursor".
 Now it sends the message #doStep (step over) when possible, instead of
#stepIntoBlock (step through), which runs faster.
