[Cuis-dev] Enable trimHistory for all changes

Hi folks,

Attached is a changeset that enables trimHistory for all changes (not just
for core changes, the current behavior).
I find myself enabling this option again and again for cleaning
up/reviewing changes made to my packages, and thought it
might be useful for other folks, too.

The changeset asks users for confirmation, explaining to them what is about
to be done if confirmed, and also that the operation
cannot be undone.
