[Cuis-dev] Refactoring test speed up

Hi,
 attached is a .cs for the class DynamicallyCodeCreationTest of the
BaseImageTest package that speeds up the execution of all tests that
subclasses it (for example the refactoring tests).
 In my machine, time to run the refactoring tests goes down from around 91
seconds to around 16 seconds.
