[Cuis-dev] Tip: fix github misrecognition of Smalltalk sourcecode

Github often misdetects Smalltalk code as “StringTemplate”, at least in
Cuis repos. To fix it, just add this line to .gitattributes: *.st text
linguist-language=Smalltalk
