[Cuis-dev] Ask DrCuis

Hi folks,

I have set up a DrCuis project  (http://github.com/DrCuis) as a place to 
collect and to place contents to learn Cuis.

Several existing resources were moved there and new ones are created. I 
think it will ease both collaboration to improve the state of the 
documentation in the Cuis project and the ease of access of 
documentation for beginner.

One things still to be done is to set a wiki to write down technical 
notes. There are a lot of Questions ans Answers in the list that it is 
worth to write somewhere.

I am not sure yet how it will be better done.
