[Cuis-dev] Adoption of the Sista bytecode set

Hi Folks,

Today I pushed new Cuis images. Now the default bytecode set is the more 
modern Sista bytecode set, intended by Eliot to replace the previous V3 
bytecodes, that come straight from Smalltalk-80. I also pushed updated VMs.

I also enabled the mixed arithmetic mode in the VM, that is now separate 
from mixed comparisons (that is not enabled by default).

This shouldn't affect you at all, but I want to let you know anyway.
