[Cuis-dev] Improvement in ModalDialog

Hi folks!
Here you can find an improvement to ModalDialog. Previously, you could open
a modal dialog using #openModal, which instantiated the modal and added it
to the world. With this change, I introduced #openModal:centeredNear:,
which allows you to open any modal at the desired world point, without
reimplementing the old #openModal functionality.
