[Cuis-dev] Fwd: Cuis update

Hello, everyone

One thing that always bothered me was that whenever I opened any window, it
would appear minimized, and I'd have to expand it all the time. Looking in
preferences, I couldn't find any option to do this automatically, so I
implemented it myself so that all windows are expanded by default, and it
helped a lot.
