[Cuis-dev] Bringing back the break on entry option

Hi!

I'm not sure why, but the context menu option of "Toggle break on entry" is
no longer available. As I've noticed all the code is still there, I thought
removing it might have been a mistake (let me know if it isn't the case).

So, I attach some changes to bring the option back and, as a bonus, to open
the debugger in the method where the breakpoint was set by the programmer
instead of showing the method wrapper (which still is on the stack, if one
needs to debug it).
