[Cuis-dev] New background effect to leave image as is

Hi!

I attach a very small change to add a new valid value for the
#backgroundEffect preference: #none. Its effect is to not deform / scale
the background image, just display it once as it is. It can be used, in
combination with setting a suitable background color, to display a logo or
something similar without it being scaled.
