[Cuis-dev] Dragging a morph in its owner?

Hi Hilaire,

Just in case, that behavior is available on a Morph's halo, using the 
"Move" handle (at the top, between the "Pick up" and the "Duplicate" halos.

I agree it would be nice to be able to do that without the halo, just by 
dragging with the mouse. Let me take a look.
