[Cuis-dev] New feature: scrolling on Autocomplete Popup Menu

Hi,
While working on an assignment, I noticed that I couldn't scroll the
Autocomplete menu with my trackpad or mouse wheel. Since I am new to
Smalltalk, I decided to investigate and after some digging I managed to
implement this feature.
It is a small change, but quite helpful for newbies like me who are,
for example, trying to find a message that suits their needs in a block
closure.
