[Cuis-dev] Small drawing fix on HierarchicalListMorph

I attach a change that fixes a small graphical issue that bothered me a
bit: when the items of a hierarchical list morph are just in the scroll
limit, the connecting lines disappear.

Here's a before and after comparison:
