Hi Hilaire,

Wouldn't creating a new Theme with your preferred colors fix the issues
you are seeing?

I know that what we have is not well documented, and I don't like it,
and documenting it is not trivial. Someone would need to study it in
detail in order to be able to document it.

Can you give more detail and examples on the kind of problems you are
running into? I'd think that if you just define new Theme that suits
your needs, and use it like the rest of the Smalltalk tools do, then it
should be rather easy to get the results you want.

HTH,
