[Cuis-dev] ExtractToTemporary Enhancement: Support for Multiple Duplicated Code Fragments

Hi folks!
Here I present an implementation of the ExtractToTemporary refactoring that
can extract multiple duplicated pieces of code. It works similarly to
ExtractMethod: when it finds equivalent code fragments to the one we want
to extract, it also offers to apply the refactoring to them.
